SNTCSSC, in its quest for better success in course of its journey, and relentless service to the youths of the state, acts as a source of authentic guidance towards appearing in UPSC CSE, established by the state. It was felt necessary to extend the facilities to the districts. With the blessings of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, it was implemented.Under the overall guidance of the Chief Secretary, efforts of Department of Higher Education and, cooperation from district administration, the training programme has now been taken to the districts of the state reaching the aspirants living in far-flung districts, backward and rural areas of the state to prepare for this exam.

It was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister virtually on 7th July, 2022 from Netaji Indoor Stadium. Twenty-six centres for IAS coaching were launched in all the districts of the state, each enrolling 50 candidates making a total of 1300 beneficiaries. Classes commenced on 2nd September 2022, launched by Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal in presence of other senior officers at the district level.
